Kat has studied and practiced the Holistic Healing Arts for over 25 years. Currently, she's focused primarily as an Applied Kinesiologist, Bio Magnetic Pair Therapy Practitioner, Musician, Songwriter, Kirtan leader and Kundalini Yoga teacher. Kat’s journey of healing and awakening began in the late 1990s at the Tao Healing Arts center in Santa Monica, CA. During her early twenties, Kat had a partial kundalini awakening, which, thereafter, led her to devote much of her life energy to the ever-refining study and practice of yoga, meditation, internal alchemy, energy healing and subtle body medicine. Kat's passion is to share the Krystic healing and sound codes she has graciously received and gathered on her journey with other resonant, divine beings. She believes it is through negative ego deconstruction and electromagnetic balance that a person can achieve multi-dimensional sovereignty and, in effect, “Return to Eden”.

In 2024, Kat purchased property at the edge of the Steelhead Falls Wilderness Area in Terrebonne, OR. Here she resides and basks in the radio silence of “Tipi Land” (TAMAKA), teaching workshops, hosting community events and offering guided or self-guided healing retreats in collaboration with Spirit of the Land. There are no cell towers within a 3 mile radius of Tipi Land and Kat uses no wireless RF emitting technology, whatsoever. Guests are invited to power off their phones and enjoy the unadulterated and coherent frequencies of Nature, what Kat likes to call "the Organic Realm".
